Bored

Hey everyone. I have been slacking lately on my blogging. I just thought I would let everyone know what is going on lately.
Here is a Recipe for some muffins. They sound SO good.

Banana Crumb Muffins
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 bananas, mashed
3/4 cup white sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease 10 muffin cups, or line with muffin papers.

In a large bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, beat together bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture just until moistened. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and cinnamon. Cut in 1 tablespoon butter until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Sprinkle topping over muffins.
Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean.

Last night, I was SO bored, so I decided to make Kung Pow Chicken. It actually was pretty good. It was SO spicy, but it was good. I'll post the recipe for that later too.
Instead of cooking, I should have been doing my newsletter for Relief Society, which I am frantically trying to finish. :) I'm a slacker! :D
Anyway, I better go do that. I just wanted to say hi to everyone. (And to procrastinate just a little bit longer finishing the newsletter!)
See you!

Hey, are you doing the newsletter now? That's awesome. I'm going to check out that radio site.

Hey that recipe looks pretty god. I'll have to try it out. I just put up my new blog. It's thehavensfamily.blogspot.com
I have a ton of digital scrapbooking stuff I'll have to give you. I'll send it with Nick to give to Blake. By the way, the lady on the Yoga is friggin wierd. Just ignore the chants at the begining and end. Its a lot of fun, and really relaxing. I like to do the very end after the chants and cuddle with Dayne!
